Q : What type of artwork do you sell?

A : I sell a range of hand-drawn art, including original sketches, custom commissions, and prints. My work primarily focuses on illustrations, from environment art to portraits and fantasy.


Q :  Can I request custom artwork or commissions?

A : Yes, I offer personalized commissions! If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to reach out via my socials or email. I’d be happy to discuss your project and bring your vision to life.



Q : How can I order a print or artwork?

A : You can easily browse and order artwork directly from my online shop. Once you’ve selected your piece, simply follow the checkout process and choose your preferred payment method.



Q : What sizes are available for the prints?

A : The prints I offer come in various sizes, including A6, A5, and A4. Custom sizes may be available upon request. Each print is produced on high-quality paper to ensure the best representation of the original artwork.



Q : How do you ship the artwork?

A : I ship all orders with trusted carriers, and I offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping fees vary depending on your location, but I provide transparent pricing at checkout. I also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.



Q : Can I track my order once it’s shipped?

A : It depend of the product, but once your order has been shipped if your product is concerned, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its delivery status.



Q : Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A : As each piece is either handmade or a print, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with the product. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it, and I will resolve it.

A : You can sign up for my newsletter, which will keep you updated on new releases, sales, and exclusive promotions. You can find the subscription option at the bottom of each page on my website.



Q : How do I care for my prints?

A : To ensure the longevity of your print, I recommend framing it under glass and keeping it away from direct sunlight. For best results, use acid-free materials when framing.



Q : What forms of payment do you accept?

A : I accept payments via PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.



Q : Are your artworks available for licensing?

A : At the moment, I do not offer licenses for my artwork. However, if you’re interested in using any of my designs for commercial purposes, feel free to contact me to discuss potential licensing agreements.
