Overview

Our return and refund policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or other consumables

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Gift cards

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books or other media with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in their original condition, that are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as there might be some processing time.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at shop.romainmottier.art@gmail.com and send your item to 123 avenue du general leclerc 91190 Gif-sur-Yvette 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to 123 avenue du general leclerc 91190 Gif-sur-Yvette 

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For higher-value items, you might want to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
