R :<\/b> Je vends une large gamme de travaux faits main, en passant de croquis originaux \u00e0 des commandes personnalis\u00e9es, des peintures originales ou des impressions. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, mon travail s'oriente plut\u00f4t vers de l'illustration de paysage et de personnage dans des univers fantastiques.<\/span>

R :<\/b> Oui, je propose des commandes personnalis\u00e9es ! Si tu as une id\u00e9e en t\u00eate, n'h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 me contacter pour en parler je serai ravi d'en discuter avec toi pour donner vie a ton projet.<\/span><\/p>


Q : Comment puis-je commander un de tes produits ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

R :<\/b> Tu peux facilement voir mes travaux directement sur ma boutique en ligne. Une fois que tu as s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 un produit, suis simplement le processus de paiement que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res et tadaa !<\/span><\/p>


Q : Quelles tailles sont disponible pour les impressions ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

R :<\/b> Les impressions que je propose sont de diff\u00e9rentes tailles, tu pourras trouver sur la boutique du A6, A5 et A4. Des formats personnalis\u00e9s sont disponibles sur demande. Chaque impression est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur un papier de haute qualit\u00e9 afin de garantir un r\u00e9sultat fid\u00e8le \u00e0 l'\u0153uvre originale.<\/span><\/p>


Q : Comment envoies-tu tes produits ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

R :<\/b> Toutes les commandes sont exp\u00e9di\u00e9es par des transporteurs de confiance, aussi bien nationalement qu'internationalement. Les frais d'exp\u00e9dition varient en fonction de ton lieu de r\u00e9sidence, avec la livraison gratuite \u00e0 partir d'un certain montant de commande, mais pas d'inqui\u00e9tude les prix sont transparents au moment du paiement.<\/span><\/p>


Q : Puis-je suivre ma commande une fois exp\u00e9di\u00e9e ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

R :<\/b> Cela d\u00e9pend du produit, mais oui si ton produit est concern\u00e9 une fois que t'a commande a \u00e9t\u00e9 exp\u00e9di\u00e9e tu recevra un num\u00e9ro de suivi par email qui te permettra de savoir o\u00f9 en est la livraison.<\/span><\/p>


Q : Accepte tu les retours et \u00e9changes ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

R :<\/b> Chaque pi\u00e8ce \u00e9tant faite \u00e0 la main ou imprim\u00e9e sp\u00e9cifiquement, je n'accepte pas les retours ou les \u00e9changes, sauf en cas de d\u00e9faut du produit. S'il y a un probl\u00e8me avec ta commande, contacte moi dans les 7 jours suivant la r\u00e9ception, et je r\u00e9soudrai le probl\u00e8me.<\/span><\/p>

Q : Comment dois-je m'occuper de mes tableaux et impressions ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

R :<\/b> Pour assurer la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 de tes produits, je te recommande de l'encadrer sous verre et de le tenir \u00e0 l'\u00e9cart de la lumi\u00e8re directe du soleil. Pour de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats, utilise des mat\u00e9riaux sans acide pour l'encadrement.<\/span><\/p>


Q : Quels types de payments acceptes-tu ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

R :<\/b> J'accepte les paiements par PayPal, cartes de cr\u00e9dit et cartes de d\u00e9bit. Tous les paiements sont trait\u00e9s en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 par des passerelles de paiement de confiance.<\/span><\/p>


Q : Tes \u0153uvres d'art sont-elles disponibles sous licence ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

R :<\/b> Pour l'instant, je ne propose pas de licences pour mes \u0153uvres d'art.
